Payment of all pitch fees due prior to vacating site.

Pitch fees may vary from those published during special local events i.e. festivals. Payment for these event periods is due in full when booking and is non-refundable unless the pitch can be re-let.

We will instruct customers as to which pitch to use upon arrival. If failure to adhere to these instructions causes damage to either the field or the structure of the site charges to correct and repair that damage will be incurred.
